AIIB Commits USD 150 million investment in Data Center Development to Serve Emerging Asia

  • The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) has committed to invest USD150 million in the development of data centers that mostly serve Emerging Asia.
  • The Beijing-based multilateral development bank, AIIB, will invest the fund through the Keppel Data Centre Fund II (KDCF II).
  • This is the first data center project investment by AIIB.
  • KDFC II is a closed-end private equity vehicle managed by Singapore-based financial institution, Alpha Investment Partners Limited (Alpha).
