Equitas Small Finance Bank Board approves re-appointment of Vasudevan PN as MD & CEO
- The Board of Directors of Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited has approved the re-appointment of Vasudevan Pathangi Narasimhan as the MD & CEO of the bank for a further period of three years.
- However this appointment is subject to the approval of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Shareholders of the Bank.
- Vasudevan extended tenure will be effective from July 23, 2022, up to July 22, 2025.
