Israel Successfully Test-flights its Arrow 3 Advanced Air Defense System
The Israeli Defence Ministry conducted successful test flight of the Arrow-3 anti-ballistic missile system and its interceptors on January 18, 2022.
The Arrow 3 interceptor is designed to intercept ballistic missiles outside of the earth’s atmosphere.
The advanced Arrow weapon system (AWS) is jointly funded, developed and produced by Israel and the United States, through Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) and Boeing.
