Thane tops Citizen Perception Survey 2022 conducted by MoHUA
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, under the Government of India conducted the Citizen Perception Survey 2022, which captures citizens’ perceptions related to the quality of life in their cities.
The survey is a part of the Ease of Living index, and is conducted every year on various parameters like city development, basic amenities, sanitation and other aspects, provided by over 1,800 local bodies..
As per the survey, Thane city in Maharashtra has topped the list. Bengaluru grabbed the second spot in the list.
