Centre approves appointment of Justice DN Patel as chairperson of TDSAT
- The Union Cabinet has approved the appointment of Delhi High Court Chief Justice DN (Dhirubhai Naranbhai) Patel as the next Chairperson of the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT), for a period of four years, or until further orders.
- Justice Patel will retire as Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court on March 12, 2022.
- He will replace the incumbent TDSAT Chairperson Justice Shiva Kirti Singh.
