- All berths of JNP are being operated on the PPP model.
- Under the Landlord port model, the port authority acts as regulatory body and as landlord, whereas the port operations are carried out by private companies.
- JNP is also known as Nhava Sheva Port. It is headquartered at Navi Mumbai, Raigad district, Maharashtra.
