- Fintech platform Razorpay has announced the acquisition of BillMe. BillMe is a Mumbai-based digital invoicing and customer engagement startup.
- This is the eighth acquisition of Razorpay after it acquired Ezetap last year.
- Shashank Kumar is the MD & co-founder of Razorpay.
